Frozen Chocolate Fruit Slab

This decadent chocolate treat is a great option for many diets, from dairy-free to plant-based or grain free. The banana creates a sweet fudge when mixed with the dark chocolate complimenting the fruit perfectly to create a rich and satisfying sweet treat to have on hand when you just need a little nibble. It’s full of antioxidants from the fresh berries and dark chocolate so you can enjoy this fully and come back for more.

Ingredients

¾ c. dairy free dark chocolate

2 very ripe bananas

Strawberries

Blueberries

Raspberries

Flakey Salt

Instructions

In a high speed blender, puree bananas and melted chocolate.

Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Layer the bottom with fresh berries.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt dark chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.

Pour over fruit. Use a spatula to spread out the banana mixture, pressing down to squish it into the fruit. Sprinkle with flakey salt and pop it in the freezer to set for 45 min.

Remove from the freezer, slice and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
