Golden Milk Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a game changer when it comes to busy mornings. Daylight savings is upon us and mornings can be a bit of a struggle. Prepping nourishing food can be such a contribution when you’re fighting fatigue. This recipe makes 4 servings to set you up for the week. You can enjoy these cold or warmed up – whatever serves you best. They are loaded with fiber, protein, healthy fats and soothing anti-inflammatory spices to fuel you for your day ahead.

 

Ingredients: 

2 c. rolled oats

3 c. milk of choice

4 tbsp. chia

4 tbsp. hemp hearts

2 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tsp.turmeric

1 tsp. cardamom

1 tsp. ground ginger

1 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. nutmeg

¼ tsp ground cloves

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to 4 containers or mason jars. Shake well to combine and place in the fridge overnight. Top with your favourite berries and enjoy!
