Lemon Balls

When living with lupus, every bite matters. These Lemon Energy Balls are packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients that support overall wellness while offering a delicious, nourishing treat.

These easy-to-make energy balls are free of refined sugar, gluten, and dairy, making them a lupus-friendly snack that fuels your body while keeping inflammation in check. Enjoy them as a quick bite, post-workout snack, or guilt-free treat!

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup of almond flour

1 cup of coconut

2 tbsp. Chia seeds

Salt

⅛ tsp. Turmeric

¼ cup of Honey

Zest of 1 lemon

3 tbsp. Lemon juice

1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions

Add everything to a food processor and pulse until dough is formed.

Roll into balls and place in an airtight container in the fridge to set. Enjoy!

Store balls in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
