Slaw:
6 cups cabbage (red, green, savoy, or a mixture), shredded
1 cup carrots, grated
1 ½ cups snow peas, slivered
½ cup cilantro, chopped
⅓ cup green onions, finely diced
1 tbsp black sesame seedd
Dressing:
3 tbsp avocado or olive oil
3 tsp sesame oil
¼ cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
½ tsp salt
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth and well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, snow peas, cilantro, and green onions.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well to coat all ingredients evenly.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds before serving.
